International

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order.

For selected international destinations, applicable duties, import taxes and/or VAT are calculated and collected at checkout. Where these charges are collected at checkout, they will be shown as part of your order total.

Where duties, taxes or other import charges are not collected at checkout, additional charges may be payable upon arrival and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs processing times are outside of Mini & Boo's control and may cause delays to international deliveries.

If an international order is refused or returned due to unpaid import charges, non-collection or incorrect address details, any return shipping costs, customs charges or other fees incurred may be deducted from any eligible refund.

All orders are carefully packed and shipped using the delivery service selected at checkout. If you experience an issue with the delivery of your order, please contact us so we can assist.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect ordering or change of circumstance.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If your item arrives damaged, faulty or is otherwise not of acceptable quality, please contact us at miniandbooau@gmail.com with your order number, photos and details of the issue.

Orders Purchased Directly From Mini & Boo

If there is an issue with an item purchased directly from Mini & Boo, please contact us before returning it. If a return is required for a product covered by your consumer rights, we will provide instructions for the return.

Orders Purchased From a Retailer

For products purchased through one of our retailers or stockists, please contact the place of purchase directly in the first instance.

Sale & Seconds Items

Sale, clearance and seconds items are final sale for change-of-mind purposes.

Seconds products may have disclosed cosmetic imperfections such as minor marks, dents or colour variations. Your rights in relation to faults or issues beyond the disclosed imperfections are not affected.

Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to Mini & Boo due to incorrect address details, non-collection or unpaid customs charges, a $20 AUD administration fee may apply.

Any eligible refund for an unclaimed or incorrectly addressed parcel may exclude original shipping costs and costs incurred in returning the parcel to us. Additional shipping charges will apply if you request redelivery.
