How much is shipping?
Free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $80. Orders under $80 are calculated at checkout based on your location.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 10am AEDT are dispatched the same day, Monday to Saturday. Orders placed after 10am, or on Sundays and public holidays, are dispatched the next business day.
How long will delivery take?
Once dispatched, standard shipping within Australia takes 2–10 business days depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — free international shipping on orders over $150 AUD to selected destinations, with delivery in 7–21 business days.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
We don't offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, so please check sizing and product details carefully before ordering.
My item arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect — what do I do?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos, and we'll arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Something's missing from my order.
Let us know within 7 days of delivery and we'll investigate straight away.
Are sale or clearance items final?
Yes — clearance, sale, and discontinued items are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged.
Product Safety & Materials
Are your products safe for my child?
Yes — our silicone is tested to the EN 71-3:2019 standard, which checks for 17 heavy metals (more comprehensive than the Australian AS/NZS ISO 8124.3 standard, which checks for 8). Every product is 100% food-grade silicone, BPA and PVC free.
