At Mini & Boo, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases.
Please choose carefully before placing your order.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, you receive the incorrect product, or there is a fault that was not disclosed prior to purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

Missing Items
If you believe an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will investigate and work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Return Conditions
Where a return has been approved, items must:

Be unused and in their original condition where possible

Include original packaging where possible

Be returned within 14 days of return approval
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Clearance, Sale & Imperfect Products
All clearance, sale, discontinued, promotional, seconds, imperfect, and heavily discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.
From time to time, Mini & Boo may offer products at reduced prices due to known imperfections, manufacturing variations, cosmetic marks, packaging damage, discontinued designs, or other disclosed conditions.
Any known imperfections, variations, or product limitations will be clearly described on the product page prior to purchase. By purchasing these products, you acknowledge and accept the disclosed condition of the item.
Refunds, replacements, exchanges, or store credits will not be provided for imperfections, variations, or product limitations that were clearly disclosed before purchase and reflected in the discounted sale price.
Please note that many clearance products are being discontinued to make room for new product lines. Once sold out, these products will not be restocked and exchanges for alternative colours, styles, or products may not be available.
This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law in relation to faults or issues that were not disclosed prior to purchase.
Return Shipping Costs
Where a return has been approved due to:

An incorrect item being supplied

Damage during transit

A fault or defect that was not disclosed prior to purchase
Mini & Boo will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping.
For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
If a product has a major failure, you may be entitled to a replacement, refund, or compensation as provided under Australian Consumer Law.
